Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology goes beyond the capabilities of typical water filtration by using a semipermeable membrane to remove impurities from water down to a size of 0.0001 microns. Unlike standard carbon cartridge water filtration, during the reverse osmosis water purification process, water is pushed through an ultra-fine, technologically advanced 0.0001 micron membrane, removing up to 98% of contaminants from your drinking water (incl. total dissolved solids - TDS).

STAGE 1 - 5 Micron Sediment Filter
Solids like Dirt, Sand and Rust particles are retained.

STAGE 2 - Granular Activated Carbon Filter
Chlorine, Organic Contaminants, Pesticides & Chemicals.

STAGE 3 - 1 Micron Carbon Sediment Filter
Low micron sediment filter for removal of all solids.

STAGE 4 - Reverse Osmosis Membrane
Removal of 96-98% of contaminants present in the water.

STAGE 5 - Reverse Osmosis Membrane
Second stage of reverse osmosis contaminant removal.

STAGE 6 - Reverse Osmosis Membrane
Third stage of reverse osmosis contaminant removal.

STAGE 7 - PH Stabilizer & Mineralizer Cartridge
Odour removal, PH stabilizing and mineral enriching.

While the waste water is discharged from the membrane operating in a cross-flow fashion, water received from the alternate line of the cross-flow line is collected in the tank as pure water, ready to drink at the turn of a tap.

Please note: this is a direct flow system, therefore the rate of flow is greatly dependent on the water flow rate of your home water supply. Our UNIQUE model is more suited for home use, the UNIQUE model is able to provide a consistent flow of water even with low pressure water supply systems.
